Time flies, and diligence is rewarded by heaven. The glorious year 2019 is drawing to a close, while the hopeful and challenging year 2020 is just around the corner. On December 31, all our employees gathered at the Anqiu Municipal Party School to hold the 2019 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony.
This conference reviewed and summarized the year’s accomplishments, recognized outstanding individuals and teams for their contributions in 2019, and further clarified emerging trends and refined management strategies. In addition, it formalized 2020 performance commitments with the heads of each center, jointly charting a new chapter of development for the coming year.
In 2019, the company recognized and celebrated numerous exemplary individuals and role models. Following a fair and impartial selection process, a total of 99 awards were presented, including 86 individual awards and 13 team awards. These achievements are the result of their hard work and dedication. We hope that in 2020, they will continue to uphold the work ethic of “loyalty, professionalism, diligence, and responsibility,” and strive for even greater success.
During the summary meeting, Sun Xicheng, General Manager of the Engineering Center; Liu Guochun, General Manager of the Marketing Center; and Zhang Qiang, General Manager of the Technology Center, each presented their work reports. Du Xiaoyan, a representative of the company’s young employees, delivered a presentation‑style report, and finally, General Manager Xu Qinghua delivered a concluding address.
General Manager Xu’s concluding remarks have filled us with confidence and anticipation for the year ahead. Let us spread our wings and soar to even greater heights and farther horizons in the new year. In 2020, let us uphold a work ethic of “integrity and consensus” and build a great company together!
