Jia Qinjing, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Acting Mayor, along with Vice Mayor Leng Wenqing, attended the meeting. Also in attendance were the principal officials from the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Bureau of Commerce, the Bureau of Housing and Urban–Rural Development, the Market Supervision Administration, the Civil Affairs Bureau, and the Administrative Approval Bureau; the heads of the Anqiu branches of the Rural Commercial Bank, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, the China Construction Bank, the Agricultural Bank of China, the Bank of China, and the Bank of Communications; as well as representatives from the city’s first cohort of member enterprises—totaling 100 companies.
Xu Qinghua, General Manager of Shandong Lanxiang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., delivered the preparatory work report on behalf of the federation’s preparatory committee and put forward the vision of shared benefits, mutual win‑win outcomes, and common development amid the current wave of transforming old growth drivers into new ones. As a first‑term vice‑presidential unit, deputy‑secretary‑general unit, and executive council member of the enterprise federation, Shandong Lanxiang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. will take the lead in fostering the aggregation and integration of information, resources, and ideas among enterprises, accelerating transformation and upgrading, and contributing to Anqiu’s high‑quality economic development.

Mayor Jia pointed out that the official establishment of the Anqiu City Enterprise Federation is both an inevitable trend and the unanimous expectation of all. As an organized, well-supported, and well‑connected “big family,” it will undoubtedly provide strong impetus to the development of enterprises in Anqiu City.
The Federation of Enterprises should center its efforts on serving businesses, take proactive measures, pursue innovation, fulfill its due obligations, and play its rightful role, thereby providing enterprises with a broader platform for resources and opportunities for collaboration, and striving to realize the Federation’s vision. All relevant enterprises must remain firmly confident in their development, strive to become industry leaders, and spearhead the city’s high-quality economic growth. They should seize the opportunity presented by joining the Federation to abide by its statutes, discharge their duties conscientiously, stay committed to the real economy, and deepen their core businesses. Mayor Jia emphasized that the government and enterprises form a community of shared destiny, bound by mutual understanding and close ties. Providing a favorable environment for business development is the government’s inescapable responsibility. We must remain problem‑oriented, strengthen targeted services, respond promptly to every request while refraining from unnecessary interference, and strive to fully implement all relevant policies, thereby creating the optimal conditions for enterprise growth.
With the strong support of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, Shandong Lanxiang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. will press ahead with relentless energy, a determined spirit, and a sprint‑like pace to vigorously advance its “dual attraction” initiatives and project recruitment.
