Management Innovation, Pursuit of Excellence—The Kick-off Meeting for Lanxiang Environmental’s Lean Phase II Was Held Successfully

On the afternoon of May 23, the kick-off meeting for Phase II of the Lanxiang Environmental Lean Project was successfully held at the company. Attendees included Wang Shugong, General Manager of Huazhi Management Consulting; Xu Qinghua, the company’s General Manager; Huazhi consulting instructors; as well as heads of various departments and selected key personnel.
On the afternoon of May 23, the kick-off meeting for Phase II of the Lanxiang Environmental Lean Project was successfully held at the company. Attendees included Wang Shugong, General Manager of Huazhi Management Consulting; Xu Qinghua, the company’s General Manager; Huazhi consulting instructors; as well as department heads and selected key personnel from across the organization. The meeting aimed to review the progress of Phase I, broadly communicate the objectives, working methods, and requirements of Phase II to management and employees, ensure that all staff understand the project’s significance to the company, and facilitate its smooth implementation.
The meeting was chaired by Liang Xiaobin, Deputy Director of the Lean Office, who presented an overview of the progress achieved in Phase I and outlined the key directions for Phase II. Wang Jinquan, Project Manager at Huazhi, briefed attendees on the main components of the second phase of the Lean initiative, including its working methodologies and primary objectives. Meanwhile, Wang Shugong, General Manager of Huazhi, conducted a training session on Lean principles and implementation approaches.
At the conclusion of the meeting, General Manager Xu outlined specific requirements for each team’s next steps. To the Lean Office, he emphasized: set clear objectives, collaborate closely with instructors, maintain open communication across teams, and advance the Phase II Lean initiatives in accordance with project specifications and timelines. To all company employees, he called for: analyzing goals, learning and acting proactively, ensuring effective implementation and institutionalization, and achieving successful operational results. To Hua Zhi, he urged: delivering training with dedication, attaining set targets, and growing together.
