On December 31, all employees of Lanxiang convened at the Anqiu Municipal Party School for the 2020 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony.

On December 31, all employees of Lanxiang convened at the Anqiu Municipal Party School for the 2020 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony.
This meeting consisted of two parts: corporate culture training and a summary-and-awards ceremony. In the morning, a corporate culture session titled “Collaborative Operations: Focusing on Key Breakthroughs” was delivered by Mr. Wang Haitao from Huazhi. In the afternoon, the 2020 Annual Work Summary and Awards Ceremony was held, chaired by Liu Guochun, General Manager of the Marketing Center. During the event, outstanding teams and exemplary individuals for their exceptional performance in 2020 were recognized and commended.
During the summary meeting, Liu Guochun, General Manager of the Marketing Center; Sun Xicheng, General Manager of the Engineering Center; Lou Guochen, Deputy Commander of the New Plant Construction Command; and Zhang Qiang, General Manager of the Technology Center, each delivered reports on their 2020 performance and outlined their plans for 2021. Finally, Xu Qinghua, the company’s General Manager, reviewed and evaluated the company’s 2020 achievements, provided a detailed exposition of the 2021 objectives and the company’s future development strategy, and ushered in a new chapter for the year ahead.
The heads of each center separately signed the 2021 military‑style commitment with the company’s general manager, Xu Qinghua, and expressed their firm belief and determination to achieve the set objectives.
By upholding “Integrity and Consensus” and putting “Collaboration and Breakthroughs” into practice, let us spread our wings of soaring ambition in the new year and soar toward ever higher and farther-reaching goals.
