On the occasion of the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, as we celebrate the great achievements of our nation’s founding, Shandong Lanxiang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. recently organized a red‑culture themed event titled “Recalling Glorious Years, Strengthening Our Mission and Responsibility,” aimed at deepening Party‑history study and education, enhancing ideological guidance for employees, enriching their cultural and spiritual lives, and fostering patriotic spirit. Participants watched the film “The Battle at Lake Changjin” and engaged in lively discussions afterward.
“The Battle at Lake Changjin” is set against the backdrop of the Battle of Chosin Reservoir during the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea, recounting a sweeping chapter of history. In that battle, under grueling and arduous conditions, the Chinese People’s Volunteer Army engaged the U.S. forces in direct combat around Lake Changjin in North Korea, overcoming overwhelming material superiority with sheer morale and determination. They repelled the U.S. military’s most elite, ace units, thereby shattering the enemy’s audacious plan to occupy all of Korea before Christmas.
“The Battle at Lake Changjin” is not merely a film; it is also a vivid “lesson in Party history.” In these most admirable individuals, we witness their unwavering resolve as they once again march to the battlefield to defend their country; we see their deep concern for ensuring that future generations will no longer have to endure war; we behold the camaraderie of comrades who support one another; and we recognize their indomitable fighting spirit and selfless dedication, unafraid of hardship or sacrifice.
