On June 16, the Anqiu City “Welcoming the 20th National Congress of the CPC: Pioneering in Five Golden Years” and “Party Flag Leads, Striving for Excellence; Artisan Spirit Builds Dreams, Creates Brilliance” Employee Vocational Skills Competition, jointly organized by the Organization Department of the Anqiu Municipal Party Committee and the Anqiu Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, was officially launched at Shandong Lanxiang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.
On June 16, the Anqiu City “Welcoming the 20th National Congress of the CPC: Pioneering in Five Golden Years” and “Party Flag Leads, Striving for Excellence; Artisan Spirit Builds Dreams, Creates Brilliance” employee vocational skills competition, jointly organized by the Organization Department of the Anqiu Municipal Party Committee and the Anqiu Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, was officially launched at Shandong Lanxiang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. More than 80 participants attended, including vice chairpersons of town- and street-level federations of trade unions, directors of system-level working committees, and selected employee representatives. Xu Qinghua, Chairman of Lanxiang Environmental, attended the opening ceremony.
This competition features four events: advanced welding, CNC integrated programming, safe driving for delivery and food‑delivery riders, and live‑stream marketing. A total of 187 contestants from 36 enterprises across the city have registered to take part. Shandong Lanxiang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for hosting the practical and written‑exam components of the advanced welding event. Throughout the contests, participants adhered strictly to competition rules, competed with determination, and demonstrated the high level of skill and professional dedication characteristic of workers throughout the city. Following the conclusion of the competition, a centralized awards ceremony will be held to recognize and confer the titles of “Anqiu Craftsman” and “Red Star Craftsman.”
Tang Yongping, Party Secretary and Executive Vice Chair of the Anqiu City Federation of Trade Unions, stated that this competition not only provides a comprehensive showcase of the skill levels of Anqiu’s workforce but also serves as a real‑world test of their capabilities. It has inspired workers to hone their expertise and enhance their skills, advanced the cultivation and development of a highly skilled workforce in Anqiu, and contributed the strength of the working class to securing victory in the “Golden Five Years” and ushering in a new phase of high‑quality, rapid development for the city.
