Lanxiang Environment Successfully Held the Kick-off Meeting for Lean Management (Phase III)

On June 28, the kickoff meeting for Lanxiang Environmental’s Lean Management Project (Phase III) was successfully held in the auditorium. During the meeting, the lean management consultant outlined the implementation strategy and requirements for the third phase of the project, emphasizing a shift from “I have to do it” to “I want to do it.” Heads of all centers, departments, and sections attended the meeting.

During the meeting, the lean management consultant outlined the implementation strategy and requirements for the third phase of the project, emphasizing a shift in mindset from “I have to do it” to “I want to do it.” Heads of all centers, departments, and sections attended, along with Xu Qinghua, Chairman of Lanxiang Environmental.
All participants began with a pledge to advance lean practices. Lean consultant Ms. Wang Luyan provided a detailed overview of the five core modules—PDCA, 5S, quality control, team building, and TPM—and outlined the corresponding implementation requirements. Attendees carefully studied the project content and gained a thorough understanding of the project plan and its practical execution.
The goal of lean management is to minimize waste while delivering products and services that meet customer expectations, thereby serving as a critical pillar for corporate growth. Taking this kickoff meeting as an opportunity, Lanxiang Environment will further enhance the professionalism and standardization of its lean management system, ensuring that lean practices truly generate value for the company.
