In 2022, the second year of Lanxiang’s five-year plan for “major development,” all Lanxiang employees pressed forward with determination and courage, successfully achieving the annual objectives and embodying the company’s work ethos of “harmony and excellence, innovation and pragmatism.”

To recognize outstanding performance, set exemplary standards, and motivate our workforce, we conducted a fair and impartial selection process, awarding a total of 98 honors—83 individual awards and 15 team awards.
On February 21, 2023, all employees of the company gathered in a grand ceremony to hold the Lanxiang Environmental 2022 Annual Awards Conference. This year’s awards recognized the following individuals: 45 Outstanding Employees, including Hu Linbo; three Newcomers of Excellence—Ju Wei, Liu Xiang, and Pan Xiaodong; 12 Outstanding Team Leaders, including Pan Qingqing; two Outstanding Project Managers—Yang Lai and Luan Shougang; Sales Champions Liu Jun, Runners-up Xu Junping, and Third Place Dong Shuxin; two Integrity Role Models—Ling Dongfeng and Bian Jianliang; three Cultural Role Models—Hou Juan, Li Peng, and Liu Xue; two Innovation Role Models—Zhang Kun and Xiao Ruiwei; two Empowerment Role Models—Zhu Guoqing and Li Haichen; six Dedication and Professionalism Pioneers—including Bai Jinxuan; and one Pioneer in Market Development—Bian Jianbo. The team awards went to: the Integrity Team—Sales Center After-sales Service Department; the Best Sprint Pioneer Team—Engineering Department; the Outstanding Organizational Development Team—Production Department; the Advanced Innovative and Pragmatic Team—Management Center; the Advanced Culture Implementation Team—Operations Center; and ten outstanding collaborative teams representing various company working groups.
The award-winning individuals and team representatives, full of spirit and radiating confidence and optimism, took to the stage one by one to receive their honors. The heads of the company’s various centers presented the awards to the winning individuals and teams. Chairman Xu Qinghua extended his congratulations to the awardees and delivered a concluding address.
In 2023, all employees of Lanxiang Environment will continue to work in unison, boldly break new ground, and stride forward with confidence on the grand journey toward the five-year goals of “major development,” together writing the next chapter of excellence for Lanxiang.
