Through Party members delivering lectures, awarding the commemorative medals, and reaffirming the Party oath, the event aimed to inspire all Party members and cadres across the city to stay committed to the “1-1-4-1” working framework and the “751” development goals, actively engage in their work, strive to boost the economy and drive development, aim for excellence and take the lead, and thereby advance the city’s high-quality economic and social development.

Xu Qinghua, Party Secretary of the Lanxiang Environmental Party Branch and Chairman of the Board, delivered a high‑quality Party lecture under the theme “Red Leadership, Blue Vision: Innovation and Pragmatism.” Drawing on Lanxiang’s development journey, he addressed several key themes—“Adapting to the demands of the times by heeding the Party’s call and following its leadership,” “Upholding the spirit of pragmatism to strengthen core competitiveness,” “Staying true to fundamentals while innovating, never losing sight of our original aspirations for development,” “Elevating management and formulating strategic plans,” and “Building a strong Party foundation for red‑rooted development.” By highlighting the courageous sense of responsibility and the spirit of innovative pragmatism demonstrated by Party members during critical phases of the company’s growth, he provided an insightful and deeply practical lesson.
