On October 6, the company meticulously organized a team-building and outdoor‑activities event themed “Elite Consensus: A Hundred‑Day Sprint—Meeting at the Summit Through Goal Achievement.” The event aimed to strengthen team cohesion, foster a shared sense of purpose, and boost execution capabilities, all while creating a relaxed and uplifting atmosphere. It inspired Lanxiang’s elite workforce to pull together as one, summon their full energy, sound the charge, and fight with unwavering determination in this decisive battle to close out the year—and to strive tirelessly toward the successful attainment of our annual objectives.
This team-building event comprised three components: a shared‑thinking forum, an aquatic crossing, and a bonfire gathering. Throughout the activities, the Blue Thought elite participants enthusiastically exchanged their insights and engaged in focused brainstorming to address key challenges. With a unified goal, synchronized steps, and collective effort, they approached each task with boundless enthusiasm. Teams alternated between collaboration and competition, significantly enhancing their execution capabilities, cohesion, and teamwork. By achieving one objective after another, they sought to invigorate the team spirit and drive organizational growth.
