Together, we will embrace both opportunities and challenges, weathering storms and witnessing the beauty of the rainbow. Every moment of hard work and dedication by each member of the Lanxiang family is etched into this extraordinary year. Thanks to the concerted efforts of all employees, the company’s endeavors are flourishing, and a number of outstanding role models have emerged, distinguished by their exceptional performance and remarkable achievements. To recognize these pioneers and set an inspiring example, 120 awards were conferred through a fair and impartial selection process—116 individual awards and 4 team awards.
On January 18, 2025, all employees of the company gathered in a solemn ceremony to hold the 2024 Annual Awards Conference, themed “Embrace Transformation, Pursue Innovation and Practical Results.” Attending the event were Gao Huanzhi, Executive Deputy Director of the Anqiu Municipal Party School; Pan Jie, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Xin’an Subdistrict; Zhang Wenzhong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Office of Xin’an Subdistrict; and Jiang Xiaojin, Director of the Anqiu Municipal Center for Integrated Development of Key Industries.
At the meeting, Xu Qinghua, Chairman of the company, delivered a keynote address titled “Embracing Change and Breaking Barriers, Pursuing Innovation and Practical Results,” summarizing the significant achievements the company attained in 2024 and outlining its strategic plan for 2025. Gao Huanzhi, Executive Vice President of the Municipal Party School, and Pan Jie, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Xin’an Subdistrict, each took to the podium to offer congratulatory remarks to the employees recognized this year.
In this year’s awards program, the individual honors were bestowed upon the following: 19 outstanding newcomers, including Sun Yexing; 47 exemplary employees, including Zhang Wenhao; three outstanding team leaders—Wang Zhaohai, Zhou Zhirong, and Liu Guoqiang; two outstanding project managers—Chen Jiongliang and Song Jian; three innovation role models—Tan Heping, Wang Zhijun, and Yu Yinghao; three empowerment role models—Du Lianjie, Li Yongke, and Liu Chao; ten dedicated work ethic pioneers, including Liu Jiaodong; three pioneering trailblazers—Sun Qiang, Xu Guojun, and Zhang Youjun; three sales champions—Wang Lihui (first place), Li Chuanyang (second place), and Zhang Jifu (third place); thirteen new‑factory construction pioneers, including Liu Yangyang; and ten outstanding individuals in annual cost‑reduction and efficiency‑improvement efforts, including Yang Tongtong. The team awards went to the following: the Department of Warehousing and Logistics, the Technical Support Department, the Information Department, and the Procurement Department as the Outstanding Departments for Annual Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement; the Technical Support Department as the Outstanding Team for Organizational Development; the Overseas Projects Department as the Best Sprint‑Driven Pioneer Team; and the R&D Center as the Advanced Team for Innovation and Practical Execution.
The award-winning individuals and team representatives, full of spirit and radiating confidence and optimism, took to the stage one after another to receive their honors, with the company’s senior executives presenting the awards. Gao Huanzhi, Executive Vice President of the Municipal Party School, and Pan Jie, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Xin’an Subdistrict, also took to the stage to present awards to the winning teams.
A century of enduring success begins today; a vision worth tens of billions takes shape through steadfast action. The new year has arrived, and the clarion call to strive forward has sounded.
