We are grateful for a group of individuals who willingly take time to reflect, share their knowledge, and help others succeed. Nineteen instructors, each with a distinct style and uniquely creative lesson designs, have enriched our learning experience. From March to August 2020, we conducted a total of 49 training sessions, reaching 1,267 participants.
This round of the Outstanding Internal Trainer Selection has enhanced the standardization of training and boosted everyone’s enthusiasm for learning. It has also identified a group of trainers with exceptional instructional talent, while significantly strengthening the company’s vibrant culture of “competing, learning, catching up, and surpassing.”
