On October 11, 2020, the company organized a half-day outdoor team-building event for all key employees at the Anqiu Qilu Winery Cultural Industrial Park.
The theme of this team-building activity is “Showcasing the Blue Dream Spirit and Forging Our Corporate Culture,” which also embodies the guiding ethos of this outdoor training session. The program was divided into four teams—Tiger Squad, Thunder Team, Dragon Head Squad, and Charge Squad—and from establishing the new team structure to crafting a team name, motto, and anthem, and getting to know one another, every step relied on the collective wisdom and strength of the group.
The team-building and outdoor‑training program features a variety of activities, including team presentations, a glass‑bottom bridge, an orienteering check‑in station, the “walk across the river by stepping on stones” game, target‑throwing with sandbags, and the “Invincible Wind‑and‑Fire Wheel,” among others. Throughout the training, many of these challenges may appear difficult or even risky, but they are designed to test employees’ perseverance and their spirit of teamwork. With creative thinking and concerted collaboration, participants can usually complete them successfully.
All key personnel jointly completed the Nazca Giant—“Drawing the Blueprint Together,” a highly symbolic artwork. By visually presenting the fourth-quarter theme, it strengthened employees’ sense of belonging. Moreover, throughout the preparatory phase, mutual collaboration and trust among team members were crucial, effectively bolstering team cohesion.
As night fell, the long-awaited team-building gala arrived. The evening featured a dazzling array of performances, vividly showcasing the diverse talents of the Lanxiang team—graceful dances and soaring vocals brought the event to a thrilling climax.
This team-building activity strengthened communication and collaboration among employees, fostering closer friendships. It also underscored the realization that no matter how capable an individual may be, their impact is ultimately limited; harnessing the power of the team is the wisest approach, and the team’s success depends on the collective efforts of each and every one of us.
This team-building activity provided participants with a much-needed respite from the rigors of their busy work schedules, enriched their leisure time, and strengthened their physical well-being. At the same time, it created a platform for mutual exchange, fostering closer communication and collaboration among colleagues, further igniting their enthusiasm and motivation at work, and providing robust support for a vigorous final push in the fourth quarter to achieve our year‑long objectives.
