With the fourth quarter now in full swing, the company meticulously organized a team‑building event themed “Lanxiang Elites: Collaborative Sprint, Driving All Seasons, Mission Accomplished,” aiming to inspire our elite team to lead with wisdom and strength, foster cross‑departmental synergy, embrace responsibility and take decisive action, secure a strong finish to 2022, and lay a solid foundation for the new journey ahead in 2023.
Collaborative breakthrough is the corporate culture that Lanxiang employees consistently embrace in their work. This team-building event featured two activities: a dry‑land curling challenge and an experiential sand‑table simulation training session. Both programs center on the core value of collaborative breakthrough, leveraging a variety of learning approaches—listening, speaking, studying, doing, and moving—to transcend fixed team compositions. Participants were randomly assigned to groups, with each team emphasizing cooperation and strategic thinking among members. These activities effectively sharpen cognitive agility, decision‑making skills, and the ability to seize opportune moments, while also enabling participants to swiftly apply the management principles and methodologies they’ve learned in real‑world settings.
The team-building event drew to a close amid the joyful spirit and lingering enthusiasm of the Lanxiang team. Having gained valuable insights during the activities, they will put these lessons into practice at work.
