Gao Fenglin, a master craftsman of a great country, a national model worker, and part-time vice chairman of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, along with Guo Jinlong, a national model worker, recipient of the National May Day Labor Medal, and a national technical expert, were invited to Anqiu to share their stories of pursuing dreams through dedication and craftsmanship, and to elucidate the profound essence of the craftsman spirit.
At Lanxiang Environment, Chairman Gao Fenglin and Teacher Guo Jinlong visited the shop floor to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s production and operations, and attended the “Inheritance of National Master Craftsmen’s Welding Skills and On-Site Exchange Meeting on Cultivating Skilled Welders in Weifang City.” The event was marked by a lively atmosphere and active participation, with Chairman Gao Fenglin and Teacher Guo Jinlong engaging in discussions with representatives of Weifang’s model workers and craftsmen, as well as with enterprise employees. At the venue, they provided hands-on guidance to Lanxiang staff demonstrating welding techniques and addressed their technical questions. The attending model workers and employees deeply valued this hard-won opportunity, eagerly seeking advice from the two national master craftsmen and national model workers, and attentively listening to their technical recommendations, resulting in highly positive outcomes.
Following the on-site exchange session, Chairman Gao Fenglin and Teacher Guo Jinlong unveiled the plaque for the “Anqiu City Welding Technology Breakthrough Alliance.”
