A research team from the Weifang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau paid a visit to Lanxiang Environmental to assess the implementation of human resources and social security initiatives.

On August 15, Wang Shouquan, Party Secretary and Director of the Weifang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, led a delegation to Lanxiang Environmental to conduct an on-site inspection and provide guidance on the implementation of human resources and social security initiatives. Joining the visit were Qiao Risheng, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, and Yu Hao, Member of the Municipal Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Government Party Leadership Group, and nominee for Vice Mayor. Xu Qinghua, Chairman of Lanxiang Environmental, accompanied the group.

The research delegation visited Shandong Lanxiang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. for an on-site inspection. At the company’s exhibition hall, they gained a thorough understanding of its corporate development journey, its industrial innovation achievements, and the progress of its talent recruitment and expertise‑attracting initiatives. They also commended the company’s outstanding performance in human resources management, including talent acquisition and development, as well as labor‑relations coordination.
