On August 15, the “Weifang City Digital Transformation and Intelligent Upgrading Enterprise Diagnostic Month Event (Anqiu City Special Session) and Lanxiang Environmental Digital Transformation Achievement Exhibition” was successfully held at Lanxiang Environmental, hosted by the Anqiu Municipal People’s Government and co-organized by the Anqiu Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and Shandong Lanxiang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.
On August 15, the “Weifang City Digital Transformation and Intelligent Upgrading Enterprise Diagnostic Month Event (Anqiu Special Session) and Lanxiang Environmental Digital Transformation Achievements Exhibition” was successfully held at Lanxiang Environmental. The event was hosted by the Anqiu Municipal People’s Government and co-organized by the Anqiu Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and Shandong Lanxiang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. Attending the event were relevant leaders from Anqiu City, heads of industrial affairs and section chiefs from various towns and subdistricts, representatives from nine digital transformation and intelligent upgrading service providers, and executives from 22 large-scale enterprises in Anqiu City.
Sun Zhijie, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Mayor of Anqiu Municipal People’s Government, stated in his address that the launch of this special campaign on digital transformation and intelligent upgrading aims to respond to Weifang’s call and officially kick off our city’s “Digital Transformation and Intelligent Upgrading Enterprise Diagnostic Month.” At the same time, it seeks to showcase and learn from Lanxiang Environmental’s achievements in digital transformation, further deepen understanding of the digital economy, foster mutual exchange of experience, and bolster enterprises’ confidence and resolve to accelerate their transformation and development. Since the beginning of this year, amid complex domestic and international circumstances, many local enterprises have encountered multifaceted challenges in production, marketing, and customer management, resulting in sluggish growth. Against this backdrop, leveraging digital transformation and intelligent upgrading to reduce costs, boost efficiency, and achieve quality improvement and industrial upgrading has become particularly crucial.
This event aims to leverage diagnostics to drive transformation and upgrading, foster the integration of diagnosis and transformation, and ensure the successful implementation of digital‑to‑intelligent transformation projects, thereby helping enterprises enhance quality and efficiency while reducing costs and boosting productivity. The program comprises three key components: “Lanxiang Environment’s Presentation on Its Digital Transformation Achievements,” a roadshow featuring digital‑to‑intelligent transformation service providers, and on‑site contract signings. In recent years, Lanxiang Environment has aligned itself with the development trends of the digital economy, boldly explored new avenues, and stepped up its efforts, taking solid strides on the path of digital transformation. In 2022, its production workshops were included in Weifang City’s list of priority‑supported digital workshops, and the company has already commenced construction of an intelligent factory. Pan Kunlong, head of Lanxiang Environment’s Information Department, provided a detailed overview of the company’s digital transformation achievements across nine dimensions—background and rationale for IT infrastructure development, project milestones, the overall strategic blueprint, a high‑level flowchart of system operations, core principles underlying manufacturing processes, key considerations in IT deployment, the guiding objectives of digitalization, a summary of tangible outcomes, and insights gained from the initiative—and concluded with a live demonstration of the system in operation.
Lanxiang Environment has invested substantial resources and effort in digital transformation, achieving significant results in its information‑technology initiatives. These efforts have greatly enhanced production‑management efficiency, contributing positively to cost reduction, productivity gains, and quality improvement and upgrading. Looking ahead, we will continue to strengthen our IT infrastructure, drive the enterprise toward modernization and intelligent operations, and build a high‑quality, modern, smart enterprise.
