The Improvement Project Presentation was chaired by Sun Hongqing, Lean Manager of the Quality and Continuous Improvement Department at the Management Center, with Liu Lijun, a quality management expert from Shandong Huazhi Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd., invited to attend. During the presentation, the leaders of each project team outlined the objectives and implementation approaches of their PDCA‑based improvement initiatives, sharing the results and lessons learned from practical application. The projects addressed a range of areas, including product quality, production efficiency, and cost control, and through the systematic application of the PDCA cycle, they achieved significant improvements in quality and reductions in costs.
