Looking back on 2023, it was a year of both honor and great challenges. Thanks to the concerted efforts of all our employees, the company achieved significant growth across all key performance indicators. In particular, after sounding the rallying call to “work flat-out for 100 days and surpass 2023’s targets,” every member of the organization raced against time, innovated with pragmatism, and collaborated to break through barriers. While upholding our corporate culture, we demonstrated formidable resilience and determination, resulting in a substantial year-over-year increase in the company’s output value.

Behind these outstanding achievements stand many individuals whose dedication deserves to be remembered: young testers at the R&D Center traveled across multiple locations, braving the rain to conduct rigorous testing; tender‑preparation specialists at the Marketing Center worked late into the night to craft winning proposals; and after‑sales service professionals raced through the night to resolve customer issues. Meanwhile, the Production Department of the Operations Center maintained round‑the‑clock operations to ensure timely project delivery, while the Engineering Installation Team crisscrossed the country, enduring scorching heat and bitter cold—each completed project becoming our most compelling showcase. At the Management Center, quality control was enforced with meticulous rigor, upholding the highest standards to guarantee on‑time, high‑quality project handovers. And in the Finance Center, unsung heroes quietly toiled behind the scenes, their careful analysis of numbers and reports safeguarding our long‑term, sustainable growth. Teams such as the AGCC Project Group, the Collaborative Breakthrough Elite Task Force, and the Market Strategy Promotion Office vividly exemplify the spirit of unity and unwavering commitment that defines everyone at Lanxiang: when called upon, we rise to the challenge and give our all. Regardless of role or position, innovation and pragmatism have become second nature to every Lanxiang team member, and each individual’s effort serves as an inexhaustible source of momentum, propelling us ever closer to even greater goals.
2023 has already passed, and 2024 holds even more ambitious goals for us to achieve and more daunting challenges to tackle. All members of the Lanxiang team will continue to maintain the high spirits and pragmatic work ethic that characterized our “100-Day Sprint,” actively embody our corporate culture, and embark on a new journey in 2024.
