On December 21st, the 2024 Corporate ESG Sustainable Development Conference, jointly organized by the China Enterprise Reform and Development Research Association and Xinhua News Agency Half Month Talk Magazine, was successfully held in Beijing. Xu Qinghua, Chairman of Shandong Lanxiang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to attend the summit, focusing on the excellent practices of Chinese enterprises in ESG and jointly exploring innovative paths for enterprises to promote high-quality development and fulfill social responsibilities in the new era.
The conference released the "2024 Excellent Case for Sustainable Development of Chinese Enterprises" and the ESG case "Driven by ESG Concept, Driving Industrial Water Conservation and Carbon Reduction, Opening a New Chapter of Green Transformation" submitted by Blue Think Environment stood out from more than 700 submitted cases and was awarded the "2024 Excellent Case for ESG of Chinese Enterprises". Chairman Xu Qinghua, along with some attending guests, participated in the roundtable forum of the conference and exchanged speeches on the theme of "promoting the construction of a green, low-carbon and sustainable development ecosystem with Chinese characteristics". They shared the good ESG practice experience of Blue Think Environment in helping enterprises achieve green, low-carbon and sustainable development, seizing the opportunities of "dual carbon" development, balancing economic benefits, social benefits and environmental protection. Other attendees also shared some excellent cases, providing experiential support for better implementing ESG concepts in the future.
