This team-building event featured two components: a “Change Management” sand-table simulation and a high‑intensity aerobic drumming session. Throughout the activities, the scenario‑based sand table enabled Lanxiang’s managers to elevate their understanding of systemic thinking—from intuitive, situational reasoning to rational, knowledge‑driven insights—enabling them to swiftly master the advanced elements of leadership transformation. The company’s managerial core team engaged wholeheartedly, listened attentively, actively shared their reflections, and engaged in focused brainstorming to address key challenges.
This simulation enabled managers to recognize the importance of change during the exercise, fostering discussions and exchanges on change management theory, sparking new ideas, and highlighting that, as agents of change, managers must be willing to transform themselves and possess both the awareness and the capabilities required for effective change. Such qualities not only shape the direction and intensity of change but also significantly influence the team’s receptiveness and execution. Therefore, in a rapidly evolving market environment, managers must maintain keen insight and innovative managerial skills.
The Super Cardio Drum program harnesses the healing power of music to ignite positive energy, enhance physical and mental well-being, and help participants fully engage in their future work. Guided by the instructor, participants take part in every stage of the activity, freely releasing body and mind through jumping, dancing, stretching, and more. Each captivating choreography is a testament to the team’s ingenuity and collaboration, while the group dance at the end showcases the collective strength of the team.
This one-day team-building event was not only a seamless integration of theory and practice but also a successful foray into innovation and transformation. Though the event has concluded, the seeds of change management have taken root in each participant’s mind.
